On these fascinating courses you will work with a professional actor and choreographer from the Royal Shakespeare Company and the Laban School of Contemporary Dance, for an intensive, energised and educational two week course.

Summer Track Attack Cycling (Sports)

Welsh Cycling will be running a variety of Youth Track Attack sessions over the summer holidays based at Newport Velodrome and Maindy Centre, Cardiff.

Riders under the age of 16 are encouraged to come and have a go at Track Cycling, BMX and Mountain Bike. All of the sessions are run by British Cycling qualified coaching staff and there is also the opportunity to win a Mountain Bike supplied by Halfords for any rider who attends a session and completes a form.

Sessions will involve various fun ativities all aimed to help improve riders bike skills and handling in a safe and controlled enviroment.
